This project represents one of ArchNova Structures most technically demanding and architecturally significant commissions. From the initial feasibility assessment through concept design, detailed documentation, and full construction delivery, our integrated team managed every aspect of the project with precision and professionalism.

The design brief called for a structure that would be both functionally exceptional and visually distinctive. Our architects and engineers worked in close collaboration using advanced BIM tools to develop a scheme that maximises usable floor space, optimises natural light penetration, and meets the highest standards of structural performance and building code compliance.

Sustainability was a key driver throughout the design process. The building incorporates a high-performance facade system, efficient mechanical and electrical services, and passive design strategies that significantly reduce operational energy consumption. The project achieved a LEED Gold certification upon completion, reflecting our commitment to responsible and forward-thinking construction practice.

Construction was managed by ArchNova Structures dedicated project delivery team, who maintained rigorous programme controls and transparent cost reporting throughout the build. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed contract sum, to the complete satisfaction of our client.
